Roles within Lion Growers
Since we have varying skill sets and availability, we could have different combinations of people involved in different projects.
Each person has a dynamic role where they get to exercise multiple dimensions of themselves. How can we build structures that support each person’s flow and honor their capacity?
Be honest about what each person’s character is like. Can I work with these patterns? Is there any desire or capacity for their patterns to change?
