Roles within Lion Growers

  • Since we have varying skill sets and availability, we could have different combinations of people involved in different projects.

  • Each person has a dynamic role where they get to exercise multiple dimensions of themselves. How can we build structures that support each person’s flow and honor their capacity?

  • Be honest about what each person’s character is like. Can I work with these patterns? Is there any desire or capacity for their patterns to change?
