Having meetings among trees or in clean, naturally lit, homey spaces where people’s emotions and bodies are prioritized. The windows are open to let the air in and to keep ideas fresh.
The mission of the company necessitates that we feel at home in our bodies. It invites us to take care of ourselves so what we share with others is the self trust we’ve grown.
We design events and work schedules that support our natural rhythms because we see health as aligning with our natures.
When we go to work, we get to be with people who feel like chosen family. We’re replenished and grounded by seeing each other in person on a weekly basis. We share food that supports our vitality. We feel tethered to this Earth by friends committed to a shared vision.
Work makes us feel like, “Wow, I really do love myself” rather than “Wow, I’ve been abandoning myself for 10 years working this job and it’s sucking away my life force”.
We feel safe following our inspiration/ intuition. We keep our guts well by listening to our gut instincts.
