Feeling anxious, depressed, or confused about your next steps in life?
Our bodies and emotions are bearers of great wisdom, and if they are not heard, they will scream louder.
This movement lab is a place where these signals will be prioritized and honored.
We will meet outdoors, engaging in land practices to connect with our desires. We will support each other in organizing our relationships, actions, and home spaces around what we want.
Our main tools will be: embodiment practices, art making, writing, and simply being with nature.
