I was commissioned to paint this provocative piece,
and as always, it took me on a little journey into my emotional experience.

Disconnect from your true pleasure.
You can’t have it…
not in the “real world”
You simply have to put up with things.

Just get through it.

A lot of unsafety
…but when is it going to be okay?
when I have this much?
when I do that thing?
when I’m working with those people?
